One cookie, and only after you log in. It records that a correct chapter password was entered and nothing else. It carries no name, no email and no account, because the site has none to carry: everyone shares one password and the site cannot tell members apart.

It is deleted when you log out.

There are no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising on this site. Nobody is counting your visits and there is no dashboard anywhere showing who read what.

There are no accounts, so there is nothing to sign up for and no personal information to hand over. Nothing is sold or shared, because nothing is collected in the first place.

The front page embeds posts from the chapter’s Instagram. Those load from Instagram’s servers, not ours, and Instagram can see that a browser requested them. That is Meta’s tracking, under Meta’s privacy policy, and it works the same way here as it does anywhere else an Instagram post is embedded.

It is the one part of this site that reports anything to anyone. If you would rather it did not, a content blocker stops the embeds loading and the rest of the page works normally without them.

The site shows chapter photographs, officer names and portraits, past officer teams and competition results. All of it is published deliberately by the officer team.

If you are in a photograph or named on this site and would rather not be, tell an officer or send a message through the contact form. It comes down. You do not have to give a reason.
